This is staying on, until someone in their head office can address and meet me in the middle on this issue. I was initially going to have one filling done in may of 2018, but the lady at the front said I had enough dental coverage for the year to cover for two fillings I needed done. Due to this initial statement, I went ahead with getting both fillings done. After the procedure the lady tells me she has bad news and I’m only covered for one filling. Due to their mishap on my initial quote,
I'm had some very positive and some less then positive experiences here.My Dentist is wonderful with daughter.My daughter came for a 'happy visit' and did great with the dentist and hygienist.I've had extensive work done.Some positive, some painful. Staff so suportive, kind and caring.Had some difficulty with billing and understanding my coverage. The receptionship I first spoke to was not helpful at all and overall rude. I spoke to a different receptionist and she helped. Dentist is wonderful
After a traumatic experience from another dental clinic, Go Dental has been patient with my kid and took the time to explain everything to her to give her a safe assurance. She has been ecstatic to go back ever since.
The service at go Dental is always fabulous. The staff is extremely friendly and makes every experience positive.
I am very pleased to say that the service at go dental was outstanding. just when you think customer service is no longer present boom go dental takes the cake. They are very gentle and caring when it comes to their patients, especially with children. I recommend absolutely everyone to visit go dental.
