Hired by my contractor for a major post renovation clean up. I had my contractor warn them not to use anything abrasive on the stove top which is black. Harsh chemicals are fine, just nothing physically abrasive. When I saw my stove after the cleaning my heart sank - it was very clean, but completely scratched up like a black car rubbed with steel wool.My contractor tried to buff and polish the damage, but it was too severe. Of course they are denying responsibility. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
