“This place used to be called the Steeps Old Glenora, but I rebranded it to The Tea Girl last year,” explains owner Sarah “The Tea Girl” Proudlock. “Once you start to learn about tea, there’s so much more to learn and to grow with. It’s more than just a beverage. There’s a whole culture behind it.” There’s no doubt that an independently-owned teahouse is a game-changer among tea lovers in Edmonton, and their selection of food items and tea-themed gifts appeals to just about anyone.
