    You are promised repairs which do not happen and they delay the repairs until your warranty has expired and then refuse to complete the repairs. Park Homes will substitute materials in your home for a cheaper inferior product without informing you. Possession dates are delayed. The homes are not cleaned and in a filthy condition when taking possession and you are told that's construction dust ! The sales people lie. Be warned they do not respond to e mail or calls ! Terrible service ever !
