The hotel’s restaurant, Share, sprawls from the dining room into the lobby lounge, making it easy to get a table prior to a show at the Citadel or the nearby Winspear Centre. The hotel’s restaurant, Share, will host a Mother’s Day brunch buffet from 10:30 a.m. till 2:30 p.m. Guests will sample a variety of great items, including seafood, freshly carved Alberta slow-roasted prime rib, made-to-order omelettes, roasted pork loin, seared cod, waffles, eggs Benedict with lobster and spinach, caramelized onion and goat cheese tarts and a variety of salads. For dessert, indulge in items such as mini chocolate tarts with orange caviar, mini lemon meringue tarts, macarons, vanilla panna cotta and white chocolate cones with strawberry mousse. Brunch is $48 per person and $24 for children under 12 years old.
