Don't bother ... the customer service is deplorable. They don't care, plain and simple, and if you complain, some condescending woman will call you to tell you how much "you" screwed up and not them.

Not impressed with service at all!

Great concept but they do not follow through very well. They say that they offer detailing service which is fantastic but then because other clients ruined it for everyone else by cancelling after they've pre-booked you can only book when you arrive and then there's no spots available when you try. Because of this the manager allowed me to pre-book and I double checked when I arrived and when I returned, it wasn't done! Not impressed because they've done this to me before. They also offer to fill your gas, NEVER DONE either. I also thought that you either choose indoor or outdoor and found out that your car is kept outdoors until 48 hrs before but my car has snow on it, dripping off when I arrived so it was just brought in there a few hrs before, maybe. Don't say you provide these services if you cannot provide them properly. I will end on a good note. The drivers are very friendly and provide great service.

Fantastic Airport parking service

We have used Elite Indoor Parking on a number of occasions in the past and have enjoyed their Elite parking service...however we sincerely appreciated their service upon our midnight arrival from Mexico in January! Their van picked us up from the airport ... transferred our luggage to our WARM vehicle within their parking garage...smiles and jocularity were in abundance and well as their exceptional level of service! Thank you Elite for your insight into providing a travel service that simplifies and enhances any airport travel! Sonya and Derek
