my dog was seriously ill and in pain. they 'treated' her and let her suffer. she was euthanized days after treatment by the Langley Animal Clinic.

Never go there they Horrible

I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way. I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding.

Had the chance to rectify issue but did not

Went in with a box of used syringes (diabetic cat) and asked for the same ones(u-100)she told me that they did not have the same brand,these(hands me box)are ones that will work(u-40).Fast forward 2+weeks later at our usual vet and I asked her opinion and I was told that I was giving my cat 2.5x her insulin dose twice a day for 18 days!This mistake could have killed my cat and they did not seem to care whatsoever.Failed to return my calls(after initial complaint)their oversight=$300+In bloodwork
