Canadian Tire General Store

I would NEVER take a vehicle there . I had to redo the work and the place I had it redone at said the work I paid for at CT was not even done . I got nowhere with management or head office .

Horrible customer service. Seems like there's lots of people working there but none are willing to help. The workers think stocking shelves is more important than assisting customers.

A true Canadian Business!

We just moved to Trail last year and fell in love with the people of the West Kootenays. Especially the peoe at Canadian Tire in Trail! Veryhelpful and educated abroad. If he doesn't know, he'll get you the answer, is the approach at this location. It's a "very fresh and youthful looking store, with youthful and energetic energy through the store. Very involved with the local community. A true Canadian business model.

Don't complain about service in paint department

Thought I would take a couple of minutes of my time to let the store know that more than once I have had a chilly experience in paints. Store owner/manager did not thank me for calling and really didn't want to hear what I had to say. He was very supportive of his staff and in fact agreed that he already sells enough paint. This is great for the staff not so good for the customer. I would rather not take the time to call. After all we are all busy people. I thought it could have been helpful and I really would rather have a good shopping experience at this location.

A sincere thank you to all staff at CT in Trail.Always helpful,always fair,always a pleasure to deal with.We are lucky to have a store of this calibre in this sometimes cranky little town.Honesty and warranty rarely play well together.Should you get a free one ?

VERY POOR SERVICE

I believe that Trail Canadian Tire is the worst one out there, save the hassle and shop somewhere else!!!!!!!
