    Bought a beautiful gift for my wife and chose their curbside pickup option. Super friendly and helpful staff made it quick and easy. Love this place!! Thanks Appelts!!!

    Appelts Diamond on Ness Ave is amazing! Great customer service. I was going to have to leave my ring to get sized as the person that sized them was not at the store on Saturday (we live 4 hours away) so the lady my fiancé has been dealing with Julie called another Appelts store in the city and arranged for my ring to be sized right then and there! And We ordered my fiancé’s wedding band. Great atmosphere & they were great with our 1 year old that would find her way around the counters!

    Nice rings, nice staff, great service. i do not recommend dealing with Roxanne, she gave us false information on several occassions and was not pleasant.

    Amazing Service

    I bought my husband's Crown tungsten carbide wedding band here(it's amazing and all his friends and family comment on how great and unique it is). I got such great service, that I decided to also buy my bridesmaids Pandora Bracelets and charms. THEY LOVED THEM!! I was married over a year ago, and all of my bridesmaids still wear them everyday!! Since we got such great service here, we also got our marriage licence while we were in the store!! Very Convenient!! Thanks to Jeff and his stafff for a great experience that made our wedding day that much more special!
