Very, very disappointed with their service department in Barrie. Mistakes happen but should be dealt with properly. After two bad experiences with them and no ownership taken on their part, this dealership have lost my trust and my business.
Excellent service! Gave me a quick inspection and some good tips on how to take care of my MR2 for no charge.
I have purchased my last three cars from this dealer. Most recently was a 2013 4Runner. The buying experience was fantastic, not pushy, very professional. But it's the service that keeps me coming back. Always friendly, professional and fast. Always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
My wife and I have bought 4 vehicles from Jacksons 3 used and one new as well as service since 2001 in all that time we have only had one problem and once our concern was brought to management it was dealt with on the spot I can't comment on getting oil changes after normal work hours but showing up on my own time table during the week for the quick lube has never been a problem I've never waited more than two cars The dealership is nice my kid likes going for the cookies in the waiting room and my wife takes advantage of the manicure while she waits I normally don't write reviews and my last visit for service prompted this I commute to work so my car is a high km beater that needed a new catalytic converter it was ridiculously expensive for genuine parts so the service staff shopped around town for the best price at local muffler shops Midas was several hundred dollars less than them and with my permission they made the appt dropped off my car and picked it up during my service visit I was so impressed that they went above and beyond to save me some cash I was a lifer at this dealership before the visit and this solidified my decision
I bought a Toyota Matrix new in 2010 and thought it would be a good idea to get it serviced at the dealership. Jackson Toyota is the closest dealership to have oil changes and regular service done to my vehicle. The facility and waiting area is great. Unfortunatly, I have not been impressed with the team and individuals in the service department. I have been told a number of times I am unable to book an appointment for an oil change and when I try to bring my car after work I am often turned away as they are too busy and unable to fit me in. When I do get in, usually early on a weekend, I am greeted by an individual who often seems annoyed I am there. While the service on the car is done well, I often leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I have been much more impressed when I drive the extra half hour to Aurora and they seem happy to service my vehicle and book an appointment.

Thank you for your feedback regarding appointment booking for an oil change service. We have a high volume of customers that come in through the day and evenings for an oil change service without appointments and we understand a non-appointment system does not work for everyone. I am happy to inform you, we are now accepting oil change appointments. We have also added more staff on Saturdays in our Express Lube to accommodate our customers in a timely fashion.
