The owner is so rude and condescending. I love supporting small, local businesses, but I simply can’t do it here and refuse to give them business.

Owner is a great guy! Great selection and helpful staff. Has regular sales as well on lego.

Have had a great experience every time I’ve been in. The prices on many things compete with online shopping prices and I’m always happy to return to see if they have what I’m looking for at a better price. I’ve had a few interactions with the manager and staff and always enjoy the light dialogue!

Worst experience in a store ever. An employee (manager?) berated and embarrassed my 6 year old daughter tonight. Yelled at her across the store and then came right over and yelled at her. I was right beside my kids the entire time they were in the store and they were definitely NOT misbehaving in any way. I was appalled at this man and will NEVER set foot in this store again. It’s a CHILDRENS TOY STORE, if you can’t deal with children perhaps you should work elsewhere.

I used to shop here quite often, more recently as I was adding to our expanding family games night collection. We purchased a game that didn't work properly so we decided to return it. According to the store owner since it does work with batteries (doesn't matter that it doesn't work right) and the box was open he refused to take it back! Great way to do business sir, we will not be returning and I will be sure to share my experience with many people.

Great Store

I often shop at this store. I think that the service is wonderful. I find the staff friendly and helpful and my kids have a great time playing with the train table. The owner seems to really enjoy his job and is very patient with the children. I would recomend this store to anyone who wants great toys.

Rude Rude Service... DO NOT SHOP HERE

We have purchased numerous toys from this store, however after the manager of the store treated my wife so rudely she left crying. We will NEVER go back to this store and would never recommend this store or it's RUDE manager and customer service to anyone. We have never been treated... so bad in a store we have spent money in! Won't make the same mistake twice! Don't Shop Here!
