We've been Anchor customers for about 15 years, and they've always been really reliable and fair. Their techs work hard to solve problems promptly. I like this company.
A couple of years ago I had a Honeywell TrueSTEAM humidifier installed, together with a Reverse Osmosis Filtration System. From the outset it gave off a strong smell of plastic. I was told this was "normal". This season the wall-mounted unit started to leak; I had to put a bucket under it. I asked if it was under warranty, but could not get a straight answer. I was told that somebody would come to look at it - at a cost of $150. No thanks! I will be getting a different system this autumn.
