La Brehandaise Catering
The name of La Brehandaise Catering comes from Bréhand-Moncontour, a small medieval village in Brittany, western France.
This has been a catering family business since 2010 that serves corporate functions and private events from small to large groups in a very professional but friendly relationship with their customers.
The Owner Pascal Poilbout has a Certificate in Charcuterie and Catering from France. His brother Martial is the Executive Chef at La Bréhandaise Catering, who graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière in Dinard, France. He has an international experience in Paris as well as London and New-York in Michelin Star restaurants which complement his culinary inspiration.
Our cuisine, mostly inspired by traditional French dishes is SIMPLE, AFFORDABLE and TASTY and it could be accommodated by any other ethnic flavors and tastes.
