Good sushi for its value

Starving while walking out from the subway, my boyfriend recommended this place since it was his go to place with his buddies for sushi. I was thinking that since it was a la carte it would be more expensive but surprisingly it wasn't. The place was quite busy and the service was somewhat slow. We ordered 2 supreme bento boxes at 10 dollars a piece and a spicy crunchy california roll as well as extra shrimp tempura. It was more than enough to fill us up and we had leftovers as well. They gave out generous portions for their price and the quality is good for its price. The service was decent and the bill wasn't expensive at all. I would definitely come back.

Best value for the money

We have been going to Sushi Supreme for almost two years now and couldn't be happier with the food. My fiance (girlfriend at the time) and I happened upon it one evening while walking to the subway. It was a little past 8 and we were starving, to say the least. Strangely enough the place was empty, so of course suspicions of quality were raised. Risk tends to be something you have to take in order to find an amazing spot, of course we took it. After receiving our food we were surprised at how perfect it was. Great portions, amazing quality (both presentation and freshness) but more than anything it tasted great. The bill itself was something that really left an impression. Typically it's hard to be full and have left overs for a reasonable price when at a sushi restaurant. Service leaves something to the imagination I guess, not a place to go if you like detailed descriptions of your order (the menu does a good job however) and discussions on the weather. We typically prefer a server that takes the order and checks up once or twice, so it works out perfectly. The Atmosphere is reasonable, can be a little loud during the rushes but that is to be expected of a good place. As mentioned by another review, the quality on presentation can be a little sloppy, but going at a slower time tends to resolve that issue.

This place recently opened and it's one of the more likeable-looking sushi joints in town. It's cheap, the sushi is good for the price and the service is decent.

Slow Service, Good Food

My friend and I were walking down Yonge street and looking for a sushi restaurant. We were hungry and this restaurant was nearby so we decided to go in. It looked really nice though we were seated far away from the other guests. I don't think we got as much attention as the other guests. It wasn't very busy so it was disappointing that they took so long to take our order. They also forgot about it. When my friend and I started to wonder where our food was, I think they realized their mistake. They sent us a complimentary seaweed salad and green tea ice cream after. Other then the mistake, it was good.

I have eaten sushi all over the world and this is...

I have eaten sushi all over the world and this is the 2nd best sushi I ever had (with Haru in NYC being my personal favorite). The sashimi portions are huge and the rolls are extremely fresh. Service was quick and friendly enough. I would highly recommend this to all sushi lovers.

Toronto sushi spots that delivery uptown and midtown

This neighbourhood gem gets consistent rave reviews for freshness and value. Sushi Supreme is considered among the best sushi spots in Davisville Village for lunch and dinner, with menu highlights including the generous bento boxes and a wide assortment of vegetarian rolls and sashimi combinations. The tiny sit-down restaurant has its charms but takeout and delivery provide the bulk of its business. There’s no charge for a minimum $20 order within their 4km delivery zone.
