During grooming, our dog was burned by heat of electrical clippers or blowdryer without mention of any issues. When picked up, our dog was bleeding and emergency trip to vet resulted in prescribed medication and need to apply ice to the area every hour for the day. Employee response was rude, denial of any wrongdoing and accusation of vet out to get them. Vet never was informed of the name of the establishment and had no interest in this pursuit, only the care and well-being of our dog.

J'aime beaucoup cette endroit. Belle accueil, le personnel est vraiment attentif à l'attente du client et c'est la raison à laquelle j'ai changer de toilettage.
