Christmas Day, in the hotel’s Empire Ballroom and the Wedgwood Room, guests can enjoy a Christmas Day brunch with five seatings between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The buffet includes hot breakfast and lunch items, soup, cold platters, seafood, carving stations with turkey and beef, and an omelet station, plus a flambé station. Brunch is $39.50 for children ages six to 12, $79 for adults and $69 for seniors.
Celebrate Christmas by sleeping in and partaking in a holiday lunch at the River Cree. The buffet will feature a chef-attended omelet station and fresh gourmet waffle bar along with breakfast sausage and home-roasted potatoes. Also on feature are a number of soups, salads and a variety of entrees, including seared salmon and mango chicken strips. A carving station will offer slow-roasted peppercorn crusted beef and turkey with gravy. If it isn’t too early for dessert, wrap up brunch with dessert squares and cheesecake.
Reserve a table for the hotel’s special Christmas brunch buffet, held December 25 in Share. Brunch is $48 a person and $24 per child under 12 years old and is held from 10 a.m. till 2 p.m. At the carving station, guests can enjoy slow-roasted turkey, apple chorizo stuffing and cranberry sauce. At the hot table, the buffet boasts roasted pork loin, roasted chicken breast, pan-seared cod and much more. For dessert, enjoy yule log, mini lemon meringue tart and assorted macarons.
Christmas Day brunch is buffet-style, with items such as shaved prime rib, roast vegetable cannelloni, pistachio crusted salmon, seasonal vegetables, traditional stuffing, baked parsnips and more. A number of sweets round out the feast, including warm bread pudding, sticky toffee Christmas cake and sliced fresh fruit. Brunch takes place from 11 a.m. till 3 p.m., and is $44.95 for adults, $39.95 for seniors and $19.95 for children ages six to 12.

The premium buffet features turkey with all the trimmings, prime rib, crab, mussel and a premium dessert menu. The brunch costs $34.99 for adults, $7.99 for kids aged three to five, $14.99 for kids six to 12 and kids under two eat free.
