Kick off 2017 with New Year’s Day brunch between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Share Restaurant in the Westin Edmonton location. Start with cheese, salad and seafood selections, including a variety of Canadian artisanal cheese and smoked haddock. At the carving station, enjoy slow roasted turkey with apple chorizo stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy. A selection of roasted pork loin, roasted chicken breast, pan seared cod, herb-roasted baby potatoes and more will be available from the hot table. For those with a sweet tooth, enjoy mini lemon meringue tart, assorted macarons or a chocolate mousse cup. Reservations are available for $48 per person and $24 per child under 12 years old.
